Woof Love Play provides luxury boarding, daycare, grooming, training, and related pet care services for dogs and cats. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of your pet based on our policies, including health, vaccination, and behavior requirements.

2. Eligibility & Pet Requirements

• All pets must be up-to-date on required vaccinations as determined by Woof Love Play and local regulations.
• Pets must be free of contagious illnesses upon check-in.
• All dogs must be spayed or neutered.
• Owners must disclose any medical conditions, special needs, allergies, or behavioral concerns.
• Woof Love Play reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a safety risk to staff or other pets.

3. Reservations, Payments & Cancellations

• Reservations will require full payments in advance.
• Cancellation and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of booking.
• Late pickups may incur additional fees.

4. Owner Responsibilities

In the event of illness or injury, Woof Love Play is authorized to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense if the owner cannot be reached. While every effort will be made to contact you, you acknowledge that delays may not be possible in emergency situations.

You acknowledge that pet care involves inherent risks, including illness or injury. Woof Love Play will exercise reasonable care but shall not be liable for illness, injury, loss, or death of a pet unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Media & Marketing

Unless otherwise stated in writing, you grant Woof Love Play permission to use photos or videos of your pet for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media and advertising.

8. SMS Communications (Text Messaging)

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Woof Love Play, you consent to receive text messages related to:

• Reservations and reminders
• Service updates
• Promotions and special offers
